We peel the potatoes and then cut them into thicker slices. Then season the potatoes with salt and pepper and place them in the pan with the uncooked garlic cloves. Sprinkle with a little olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Then remove the tray from the oven and clean the garlic. Mix the baked garlic with thyme, parsley, mustard and vinegar and mix them in a blender. Put the resulting paste over the potatoes and bake until golden brown.

Serve hot. We served them next to cod fillets with parsley sauce.

You will prepare a mixture with the help of cream, usurper and spices. Garlic will also be grated. You will start by putting the potato slices in a tray, over which you will put this previously prepared mixture.

On top of that I like to mix a little cream for cooking with cheese and put them, but if you are not a fan of cheese and you find the recipe too greasy, you can just put a little butter. We will put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, for about half an hour.
