Ingredient:
- 4 eggs
- 400 g butter
- 400 g powdered sugar
- 400 g freshly sifted flour
- vanilla sugar
- 1 kg fresh cherries without seeds
Method of preparation
Rub the butter with the powdered sugar in a bowl until it becomes a creamy foam. Separate the eggs, add the yolks one by one over the composition, and beat the egg whites until a hard foam is formed.
Add the flour to the bowl over the composition, alternating with the egg white foam, mixing with the wooden spoon at the bottom and at the top. Prepare a tray greased with butter, margarine or oil, line with flour, pour the composition and even out with the blade of a knife. Place the well-drained cherries in rows.
Cook at the right heat until lightly browned on top. After it cools, cut it into squares of the right size and dust with vanilla flour. It's a delicious cake, especially cold, and it's very filling. If you want, instead of sugar, you can pour a chocolate cream (boiled) on top. It penetrates the pieces of cake and syrups them.

Lunch: tuna salad with corn, red onion and strips of parmesan
Dinner: 2 medium french fries (actually baked on baking paper) with cucumber salad and mustard sauce
