I really like spinach and this is the recipe I've been making for a long time. I like it so empty, but sometimes I fry an egg or a sausage, as a recipe.
- 500 g spinach (frozen I had)
- 3 lg sunflower oil
- 1 lg breed with white flour
- about 200 ml of hot milk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- sour cream to taste
- 1 piece of sausages
- a few chilli flakes
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Spinach dish with sausages:
Remove the spinach from the freezer and let it thaw.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and then add the flour. Stir to not burn then add the spinach. We continue to mix then we pour the hot milk, stirring to homogenize. Depending on how consistent we want the food to be, we add more or less milk. Let it boil for a few minutes, add salt to taste and at the end we put the crushed garlic. Let it boil for another 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat.
Cut the sausage into rounds and fry them in a little oil on both sides.
Serve with chilli flakes sprinkled on top.
If the spinach is fresh, it is scalded first.
The amount of milk differs depending on how consistent you want the spinach food to be.
