METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Prepare the filling: combine the minced meat with the very finely chopped onions or given through a grater / meat grinder. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix very well.
2. Spread the puff pastry and cut it into long strips with a width of 6-7 cm.
3.Put a strip of minced meat in the middle of each strip of dough. Then glue the edges of each strip very well, covering the filling.
4. Line the bottom of the tray with baking paper, greased with butter. Transfer the rolls obtained in it, placing them in the shape of a snail / spiral and starting from the middle of the tray.
5. Grease the surface of the whisk with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Bake the pan for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown, in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
7. Remove it from the oven and from the pan. Allow to cool slightly. Portion and serve.

STUFF OF PIPOTS AND HEARTS
From time to time we remember our childhood, the food our grandmother used to make for us & # 8230 And the stew with pipettes and hearts that I present below is exactly as my grandmother prepared it.
Aromas, thoughts and memories, I found them all again, preparing this stew.
700 g pipote and hearts
1 medium carrot
1/2 ardei kapia
1 large clove of garlic
1 bay leaf
a few peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon paprika
600 ml of hot water
6-7 tablespoons tomato juice
1 teaspoon grated flour
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 dill / parsley link
Heat the onion until it becomes glassy, then put the peeled peppers and hearts (cut in half).
Let it simmer until the liquid left by the pipettes and hearts evaporates.
Then add the peppercorns, thyme, paprika, the garlic clove cut in half or in large cubes, hot water and leave on low heat (the lowest position), with the lid on, about 75 minutes. The water should be in the pot to cover the pipettes and hearts. We check from time to time by stirring, so that we don't have any surprises (the food doesn't stick to the bowl) & # 8230
After this interval, take the lid, add salt, then the tomato juice in which we dissolved the flour and let it continue to boil until it reaches the desired consistency.
A few minutes before turning off the heat, add the chopped greens.
We serve hot stew with mashed potatoes or polenta, as our grandmother used to do & # 8230

Cook the onion a little oil, add the minced meat, season.

- Put the potatoes to boil. After they have boiled, peel them while they are still warm, crush them with a fork and season them with salt and pepper.

My dear ones, these puff pastry cups with minced meat are special, super tasty and easy to prepare and you must definitely try them!
They are an excellent appetizer for any occasion but also a snack much appreciated by the whole family. They were very successful with us!
Why did I choose to make puff pastry cups with meat and not meat pies? It's very simple: the puff pastry cups have less dough and more filling and, in addition, grated cheese on top. So they are better than meat pies. They are like mini pies with meat and cheese.
To prepare these cups of puff pastry with meat I used commercial puff pastry dough which makes my work significantly easier. Homemade puff pastry is not difficult to prepare but it takes time because it must be cooled several times. If you have a little more time, I recommend the homemade puff pastry because it is much tastier than the one on the market and it is worth it.
As for the meat, you can use whatever you like, the condition is to be a leaner meat. I do not recommend packaged minced meat because it contains a lot of fat. Buy meat and chop it at home or in the store. I used minced pork in the store.
For these meat puff cups you need a muffin tray. The puff pastry is cut into 10/10 cm squares and placed in the muffin tray. I baked the puff pastry cups in two stages: first empty, to grow and infuse, then with the filling.
If you want to use a cold filling (like vanilla cream), bake the puff pastry cups in one step and put a muffin paper and a spoonful of rice inside to prevent them from growing and remaining empty inside.
These puff pastry cups with meat are super tasty and you can adjust them to taste. For example, you can add smoked ham, mushrooms, corn, olives or anything else you like.

- 1 onion

How to prepare puff pastry cups with meat

First I let the puff pastry thaw.
In the meantime, I prepared the filling.
I chopped the onion finely and put it in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
I put the pan on the stove and kept it on the fire, stirring constantly, until the onion became shiny.
I added the pepper cut into small strips and kept it on the fire, stirring often, until the pepper was soaked.
I then added the minced meat and kept it on the fire until the meat changed color. Season with salt, pepper and dried thyme, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and crushed garlic and mix.
I kept it on the fire, stirring from time to time, until it dropped well. We must be patient to evaporate the water from the meat, otherwise the puff pastry cups will be soaked.
After I stopped the fire I added the chopped parsley. I let the meat filling cool.
Preparation of puff pastry cups
If you have only one sheet of dough, I recommend cutting it in 2 because it is easier to work with smaller pieces of dough.
So divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
I placed a sheet of dough on the work surface and spread it with a 30 / 40cm rectangular rolling pin. I then cut 10/10 cm squares. You need to get 12 squares.
I placed the squares of dough in the muffin tray and pricked them with a fork.
I then put the tray in the preheated oven (200 & # 176C for the electric oven) for about 5-7 minutes (enough to swell).
I then took the tray out of the oven and pressed each puff pastry cup (or spoon) with a fork (to make room for the filling). You just have to press lightly to get the air out of the dough.
I then filled the puff pastry cups. You need to lightly press the filling inside the cups.
I sprinkled grated cheese on top and put the tray back in the oven. The puff pastry cups should be left in the oven at 200 & # 176C for another 12-15 minutes (or until browned).
Do the same with the other sheet of dough.
Serve the puff pastry cups with hot or cold meat, as a snack or as an appetizer.

We boil the liver and the hearts + the pipettes, separately, because they have a different cooking time. We put salt only on the hearts + pipettes, not on the liver because it strengthens it.
Heat finely chopped dried onion in 2 lbs of oil.
Finely chop the greens, when the meat is cooked we put it together with the greens and onions in the food processor and chop them as small as we want. I have small pieces of meat.
Heat a little and finely chopped green onions.
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the robot, green onions, eggs, salt, pepper. I didn't leave them in the robot so as not to crush the green onion too much.
Put the resulting composition in a pan greased with oil and lined with breadcrumbs. If you want you can put 2-3 boiled eggs inside (depending on the length of the tray). We put a layer of a finger on the bottom of the tray, we place boiled eggs peeled, then we add the rest of the meat,
pressing the composition well with a spoon so as not to leave air gaps.
If you want, for the appearance, you can put a beaten egg mixture on top to which we add 3-4 lg of breadcrumbs and 2 lg of water.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Let it cool in the form then cut it into slices.
You can serve it with a delicious Drob sauce.
