Peel the mushrooms and skin, wash them well in a few waters, cut 4-5 mm thick slices and sauté in melted butter, after first pouring the sunflower oil into the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and let the mushrooms simmer for 8-10 minutes, then take the lid off and leave the mushrooms on the fire until the liquid they have left falls off.
