Mix the pudding powder with the sugar, liqueur and 5 tablespoons of cold milk.
Put the rest of the milk on the fire until it warms up a little and then pour it over the pudding powder, stirring. Put back on the fire and stir continuously until the pudding is ready. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
The berries are washed. Put about 50 grams aside for decoration and chop the rest.
Take a cake form and "dress" it in cling film (cellophane) and pour a layer of pudding, then a little berry and then a layer of biscuits. The operation is repeated and ends with the layer of biscuits.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then remove, carefully turn over on a plate and garnish with whipped cream and 50 grams of berries.
