Pizza Hut is the latest food delivery chain to announce ordering via increasingly easy and interactive methods like social media

The hangry generation, meet the digital solution to your life’s problems.

You can already order Pizza Hut with a few swipes on their app or by ordering online, but now you can chat with a Facebook bot to get your pizza fix. Pizza Hut just debuted a social media chatbot that allows you to tweet or Facebook message your Pizza Hut order. The service will start to be available in August and is in collaboration with the Conversable platform, which launched similar social media chatbots with Whole Foods Market and Wingstop.

Pizza Hut is just starting to catch up with its rival Domino’s, which already launched social media ordering, as well as an even more impressively lazy service: delivery by pressing a single, solitary button for pizza.

Pizza Hut’s chatbot is pretty advanced, knowing terms like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, as well as the option to order by emoji. (Pizza slice + mushroom + chili peppers + a heart emoji would make an amazing pizza combination.)

You can access the chatbots by direct messaging the Pizza Hut’s official social media accounts.

People Are Reminiscing About Eating At Pizza Hut In The '90s And It'll Make You Nostalgic

There is no shortage of things out there to feed your nostalgia right now, especially if you're a '90s kid. Dunkaroos are back, SunnyD is on shelves, and you can pack them all away in a '90s-style Igloo cooler. But in case you're still wishing we were back in a time of neon scrunchies and tiny sunglasses (other than you know, right now. ), you can simply log on to Twitter where, for some reason, everyone is pining to be back at a "vintage" Pizza Hut.

My best guess about how this whole thing started is when Twitter user @Super70sSports asked followers to remember a time when a Pizza Hut pan pizza was served on a table with an actual pan. Replies from there centered around people sharing their own Pizza Hut memories from the iconic red cups to the checkered tablecloths to the delicious salad bar.

Remember when Pizza Hut pan pizzas were basically a goddamn culinary delicacy? They&rsquod bring them out in a real fucking skillet that was piping at about 700 degrees Fahrenheit right as your third song kicked in on the jukebox after you&rsquod played a game of Galaga. We were kings. pic.twitter.com/G7dQBRd3qQ

Even Pizza Hut and the Book It! program got in on the fun, with the latter reminding us that yeah, they still exist and, yeah, kids can still get free pizza just for reading books. Honestly. made me tear up a bit!!

Parents: If this thread is taking you back to a simpler time, a time when you knew finishing a book meant free Pizza Hut pizza, BOOK IT! is still around! AND we just launched a new summer program this month. Head on over to https://t.co/rdFvRO2FN3 to sign up!

Even with all of us old people waxing nostalgic about our beloved childhood pizza-related memories, some people&mdashespecially those of Gen Z&mdashwere a little bit confused. Many Pizza Huts have since switched to primarily take-out only, so understandably, they had no idea what anyone was talking about.

today i learned that pizza hut used to have dining rooms and waitstaff??

I guess the only thing there is to do for the rest of us is get a big red cup full of fountain soda, grill up a pan pizza, and yell at Gen Z-ers on TikTok about how they don't remember the good old days. Just kidding, they'd find a way to roast us back even harder. As they should! ILY '90s Pizza Hut.
