Peaches are washed, wiped and cut into thin slices.

In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients (Eggs, oil, sugar, flour, yogurt, vanilla sugar and baking powder).

Mix until smooth.

Grease a tray (one of tart) with a little oil, sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, place a row with slices of peach, pour the dough and on top another row of slices of peach.

Heat the oven to 170 degrees until it passes the toothpick test.

When baked, leave to cool in the pan.

Place a plate on top and turn over.
