Wheat pizza ingredient:

Pizza toping ingredient:

  • onion
  • pepper
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • olive
  • CHEESE
  • basil and parsley

We prepare the dough for the pizza top as in the recipe presented some time ago. As the dough grows, we take care of the next steps for a delicious pizza.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce for the counter. Put 3-4 tablespoons of hot olive oil and garlic powder in a kettle, grate the tomatoes and add them over the hot oil together with the pepper, basil. For a spicy sauce, add a teaspoon of chilly or hot paprika. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.

We cut the chicken breast into thin strips on the side

and brown it in 2 teaspoons of olive oil. We always turn so that the chicken breast does not catch and each piece penetrates separately. When it is browned, take the pan off the heat.

In the meantime, the dough has risen enough and the sauce is ready so that we can move on to the final step: assembling the pizza.

Heat the oven to maximum temperature, grease the pizza pan with oil. We take a piece of dough enough to reach our pizza tray, so that the top is thin. On the work surface lined with flour, spread the dough in a round shape and then place it in the tray. Grease the dough with pizza sauce, after which we place the ingredients: browned chicken breast, bell peppers, olives, cheese and onion and tomato slices.

Put the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes at the highest temperature.

We serve pizza with hot chicken breast, with ketchup or homemade tomato sauce.

In the last picture your pizza looks fantastic, I bet it is delicious. I personally like pizza with lots of mushrooms or quattro seasons with mozzarella, sausages, fresh mushrooms, ham, salami, etc.

I know you would eat a pizza at PP or in attack, but I know it's more difficult when we think of the classic image of a pizza. Today I propose a quick pizza recipe that suits the days mentioned above, and that also solves the problem of eating oat bran on that day.

Attack Phase, Cruise (PP, PL), Consolidation, Definitive Stabilization

- 1 lg with skim cheese tip

-2 lg of oat bran (1 ½ lg to attack)

- 1 lg wheat bran (permitted)

- 1 lg of skimmed milk powder (attack permit up to 3 lg / day)

-1 ½ lg of skim cheese

- 1 lgt of flax seeds (tolerated from the cruise)

The preparation is very simple. Beat the egg with the cheese, add the bran and powdered milk, salt, yeast and garlic flakes and spread on a sheet of baking paper or silicone. Make a circle with a maximum diameter of 20 cm (a smaller pizza will come out). Put the top in the hot oven and leave it there for about 7 minutes.

In the meantime, take care of the topping. Beat the egg with the skim cheese and add the thyme. The chicken should be broken into small pieces.

Remove the tray from the oven (do not close it), place the chicken on the counter and with a spoon pour the cheese composition over the chicken. Sprinkle the flax on top and bake for about 10-12 minutes maximum. If you are at PL add slices of bell pepper or mushrooms.

Chicken pizza

Pizza is our favorite anytime and at any time. And from the countless options I chose to prepare the one with chicken because I had a chicken breast in the fridge and I was thinking how to cook it. The recipe is simple and colorful :).

  • 450g white flour
  • 25g fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • approx. 250ml hot water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt
  • 500g chicken breast
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 150g corn
  • tomato sauce
  • oregano
  • 400g mozzarella

1. Rub the yeast with the sugar, add 2-3 tablespoons of warm water and mix. Let it grow warm.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil and leavened yeast. Knead until the dough comes off the bowl and let it rise covered for an hour.

2. Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper and let it cool. We cut the leeks into slices, as well as the peppers.

2. Put a little oil in the pizza pan, cover with flour and put half of the dough. We stretch it slightly with our hands towards the edges. Add the tomato sauce, meat, leeks, peppers and corn.

Sprinkle with oregano and bake at 200g C for 10 minutes. Put the grated cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.

3. Put a little olive oil on top and serve. It's very good :).

Pizza with chicken, white sauce and herbs

Prepare a pizza dough according to the recipe here. Let it rise.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add flour and pepper and cook for a minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually add the milk and mix with a whisk. Cook the sauce for 3 minutes, until it thickens. Don't forget to stir continuously. Take the pot off the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese to incorporate with a spoon.

When the dough is leavened, preheat the oven to 230C.

Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornstarch. Spread the dough in a large disk and place it on the baking paper in a tray.

Spread the prepared sauce over the dough, leaving a 1cm edge. Place the chopped onion and chicken strips on top.

Bake the pizza for 15-17 minutes until the dough is golden and crispy.

Immediately sprinkle with aromatic herbs.
