A quick and tasty idea for a Swedish buffet is the stuffed egg recipe.

  • Boiled eggs,
  • mayonnaise,
  • salt,
  • white pepper,
  • parsley leaves

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed eggs:

Boiled eggs are cut in half (long).

Remove the yolks and mix well with mayonnaise, salt and white pepper.

Fill the egg white halves with the mixture of mayonnaise and yolks, decorate with parsley leaves and pop with great appetite :)
