I had some leurda in the freezer this spring and I thought I should use it. I hope you like it too
- leurda (I had frozen)
- eggs
- bacon
- salt
Servings: -
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Soup of leurda:
Put the leurda in a pot of water (the leurda I had was already scalded).
Separately break the eggs (I used 4) and beat well. Put the diced bacon in a pan and leave until all the fat comes out of it. Place over beaten eggs (like omelette). When it is ready, cut it into cubes and add it to the pot in which the leurda was placed.
It is suitable for salt, and for those who want it, cream can be added.
GOOD APPETITE!
