ounces (1 cup) strong, hot brewed coffee
ounces Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's™)
ounces Irish whiskey
Pour hot coffee into a clear coffee cup (preferably slender Irish coffee cup style, but any cup will really do).
Add Irish Cream and Irish whiskey. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
- Omit the Irish Cream, add 2 teaspoons sugar, and double the whiskey amount. This produces a coffee-colored (rather than creamy) drink.
