In a bowl, lightly mix eggs with salt. Add yogurt, milk and baking soda. Stir a little, then add the oil and mix again.

Wash and clean the bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Add half of the cubes over the cream cheese, mix a little and let it cool.

Remove the pancake composition from the refrigerator, and lift the appliance lid. Using a polish, pour in a small amount, about 3-4 disks of dough, then close the lid and wait about 20 seconds for it to bake.

The reality is that they can be served according to everyone's wishes. Sometimes, when I have more time, I make a simple and very liquid dill sauce, and I put the slices of pancakes over this sauce and put them on small plates (finger food plate) or in Chinese spoons.

Pancake rolls with cheese and smoked salmon

Indulge yourself with refined appetizers

The dough is prepared at least 3 hours before serving.

In a large bowl, beat the yeast with warm milk until it dissolves. In the bowl add a cup of flour, a cup of buckwheat flour, salt and melted butter. Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Cover with a towel and let rise for 2-3 hours.

When the dough is well risen, beat the yolk of an egg and mix into the dough. Whisk the egg whites, then carefully incorporate them into the dough until it becomes uniform.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and melt a little butter. Using a spoon or bottle, pour the dough into the pan. The pancakes are prepared for 2 minutes on each side.

Remove from the pan and place on a baking sheet lined with baking sheet. Place the pancake pan in the preheated oven to keep warm.
