1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 large cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper.
2
In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well mixed. Shape dough into 24 (about 1 1/2-inch) balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. With thumb or back of rounded measuring teaspoon dipped in flour, make 1 1/4-inch indentation in center of each ball with finger.
3
In small bowl, stir frosting, chopped pecans and brown sugar, until well mixed. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon frosting mixture into center of each cookie.
4
Bake 10 to 13 minutes, or until edges are light golden brown. Immediately press pecan half into the center of each cookie. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
5
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until melted. Spoon chocolate into a 1-quart food safe plastic storage bag; cut off small corner of bag. Drizzle onto cookies. Let stand 1 hour until chocolate is set.
