For the moments when we want to make something tasty and very fast, here is a simple and quick tart recipe with feta cheese, tomatoes, olives and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 125 grams butter 80-82% fat (I use this butter)
  • 80 ml of cold water
  • 1 teaspoon grated salt

Preparation

In the bowl of the robot, put flour and butter cut into small pieces and mix them together until we have a sandy dough.

Add water little by little, salt and mix very well. Put the dough in cling film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

While the dough is cold, prepare the filling.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml liquid cream (for example this)
  • 100 grams of feta cheese + a few pieces to sprinkle over the tart
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Pepper
  • A little salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • one tomato
  • a few pitted olives
  • 50 grams of bacon

Preparation

In the bowl of the mixer, put the sour cream, mustard, grated feta cheese, spices, eggs and mix a little to blend.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Remove the dough from the fridge, and spread it on the table sprinkled with flour. I used a rectangular shape and I still had dough for 4 muffin tins.

Place the dough in the form, cover the walls, prick with a fork from place to place and pour over it, the mixture of sour cream and cheese.

Place the sliced ​​tomatoes, olives, broken pieces of bacon on top. We sprinkled pieces of feta cheese, basil, oregano.


Put the tray in the oven for about 60 minutes, until it catches a golden crust and the edge of the light brown dough. Remove from the oven, let it cool, then we can serve and serve.

- 150 ml of milk
- 50 g butter
- 3 eggs (we will use only the yolks)
- 400 g flour 00
- 1 sachet of dry yeast 3 g
-1 teaspoon grated salt
- boiled ham cut into thin slices, approximately 250 grams
-elementary cheese cut into thin slices, about 250 grams


In a bowl put the previously melted butter, egg yolks, milk at room temperature, teaspoon of salt and beat everything well, add little by little flour and dry yeast (no need to dissolve it in water). Knead the dough until you see that do not tie your hands. Cover it and leave it to rise for about an hour and a half in a warm place, until it doubles in volume.
Now we put the dough on a vegetable or baking paper and start spreading it with the rolling pin, turning the paper, giving it a rectangular shape. I make the dough about 2 mm
Grease the entire surface with butter (previously melted) and place the cheese fillets on the entire surface, leaving a small space on the edges both at the top and at the bottom. Now place the ham on top of the cheese slices. the dough, using the vegetable paper, is the same procedure that is used for biscuit salami. Join the two ends by watering with a little water if necessary, to stick better forming a circle. With a sharp knife cut slices around, but without reaching the center. Now try to spin each slice divided, so that the dough does not break. Leave it to rise again for an hour and a half.


Once finished leavening, grease the entire surface with a beaten egg and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
